Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care
- Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed to support ongoing cleaning tasks
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as upholstery care, window washing, or deep cleaning projects when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet or upholstery cleaning
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation is a plus
- Prior janitorial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently
