We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers while contributing to the overall success of the store. Hourly pay + Commission. No experience required.

Duties
- Work 5 days a week. Off Sunday and 1 other day during the week. Must work Saturdays
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Help keep showroom clean and orderly
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Ability to to learn and use basic computer programs
- Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
- A proactive approach to learning about products to enhance customer interactions and drive sales.
