Hill’s Ace Hardware & Lumber in Winder, GA is seeking a relationship-driven sales leader to help shape the future growth of its contractor and building materials business.
This newly created leadership role was designed to bring dedicated focus to contractor sales growth, market development, and strategic expansion into emerging customer segments including multi-family, production builder, and light commercial business.
Reporting directly to company leadership, this individual will play a key role in guiding sales strategy, mentoring an existing outside sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and helping modernize sales processes and market approach over time.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Growing contractor, builder, multi-family, and light commercial business
- Developing new customer relationships and identifying untapped market opportunities
- Leading and mentoring an outside sales team
- Partnering with ownership and leadership on sales strategy, pricing, margins, and growth initiatives
- Helping improve sales processes, customer engagement, and market development efforts
- Supporting the organization’s continued evolution in areas such as technology utilization, strategic selling, and business development
What They’re Looking For

Lumber & Building Materials industry experience
- Strong contractor sales and business development background
- Experience working with builders, contractors, multi-family, or light commercial accounts
- Leadership experience coaching and developing sales teams
- Understanding of margins, pricing strategy, and profitable growth
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and business acumen
- Comfort utilizing technology, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and modern sales approaches
- Emotional maturity, professionalism, and a collaborative leadership style
