Demonstrate oral and written communication (Will be given a writing assignment during the interview)
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate with customers and vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel –develop basic spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
Must be self-starter; able to work unsupervised; detail oriented; able to do business marketing and high analytical ability.
Must be aware of and able to use social media as a marketing tool such as Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media tools.
Must be able to listen and follow directions and be non-confrontational.
Must have own transportation; will be reimbursed for gas or mileage for personal vehicle use for Company purposes only. Travel to and from work is not included.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform routine office tasks which will include but not be limited to the following:
Ordering supplies, processing mail, answer telephones, filing, and typing.
Sending mail to current and new customers on a frequent basis
Keeping an accurate LOG of incoming calls both soft and hard copies.
Organize, decipher, and direct incoming calls where they belong promptly!
Record meeting minutes for office and board meetings.
Come to work on TIME, all the TIME!!!
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for CEO.
Proofread and improve company documents companies, vendors, and customers.
Make suggestions on office/operating efficiencies.
Organize office area which includes light cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming.
Able to travel, make on site deliveries when requested and able to lift 35 lbs.
Handle accounts receivables – follow-ups to ensure billing is current as possible.
Other duties as assigned.
Attend training sessions and job meetings representing the company.
Facilitate correspondence in sales both current and future.

Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Salary: $13 to $18 / hr. Commensurate with experience.
