Position: HVAC / Plumbing Comfort Advisor Location: Windsor, CA
Compensation: 100% Commission + Profit Sharing Opportunity. Commission rate is 10% of Sales. Position goals are $3 to 4 Million in annual sales

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, skilled HVAC / Plumbing Comfort Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC / Plumbing sales, and will possess exceptional customer service skills, and a sales-driven problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Dispatch Department to address any service call issues, ensuring client satisfaction and resolution.
- Generate additional individual leads in coordination with existing Company marketing and messaging
- Ensure department sales goals are met or exceeded
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with integrity and promote a positive company image.
- Analytical, quality-focused, and results-driven.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to excel in a team environment and support all areas of the business.
- Valid driver's license with minimal DMV infractions.
Physical Requirements:
- Work in a variety of environments, including customer homes, outdoor sites, and uneven terrain.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day, including walking on uneven terrain.
- Regular use of hands for grasping, gripping, reaching, and other manual tasks.
- Ability to work in cramped or closed spaces as needed.
