We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of creating durable, high-quality concrete structures by assisting with various tasks on construction sites. Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete pouring, mixing, and finishing to achieve smooth, level surfaces according to project specifications.
- Set up and dismantle formwork and scaffolding using hand tools and power tools, ensuring stability and safety.
- Install rebar reinforcement in accordance with blueprints and technical drawings to strengthen concrete structures.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid loaders, pumps, and cutting tools safely and effectively.
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for yourself and team members.
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute project requirements.
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to support efficient workflow on the job site.
Qualifications
- Training is available in all areas.
- Prior experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete work or related trades such as masonry or carpentry.
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery used in concrete installation and finishing.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices for safe operations.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to concrete labor tasks.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
