Neon Beach Tan in Middleburg Heights, OH is looking for an energetic and passionate Wellness Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude to ensure an exceptional salon experience
- Educate clients on tanning services, wellness packages, and skincare products to match their individual needs
- Drive membership and retail sales by confidently presenting promotions and upsell opportunities
- Process transactions, manage memberships, and maintain accurate client accounts using salon software
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing salon environment including tanning equipment and common areas
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals for memberships, upgrades, and retail products
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism and care
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a wellness/beauty environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally outgoing personality
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and work in a commission or goal-driven setting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable learning point-of-sale systems and salon management software
- Passion for health, wellness, beauty, or skincare is a plus
- Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Compensation:
- Hourly starting rate range $11-$12/hr
