Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant cafe team!
Duties
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Take raw images/videos to later use for social media marketing
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
- Manage, edit and post in a timely manner across social media platforms with appropriate captions and hashtags.
- Answer and maintain google reviews
- Coordinate print advertising efforts and assist in managing budgets for various marketing projects to ensure cost-effective results
Requirements
- Proven experience in content writing and digital marketing within a hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, and performance marketing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented attitude for cross-functional collaboration
- Prior experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and print advertising is a plus
- Prior food and cafe photography is a huge plus.
Hours: Highly flexible hours with only a couple of hours required per week. As long as the standard is being met and posts go up at the correct time, work can fit around your schedule
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
