Everest Home Health Care Solutions is growing—and we’re looking for a motivated Registered Nurse leader to join our Arizona DDD program as an Assistant Clinical Manager. This is a high-impact role for an RN who wants to advance their career, lead a team, and help shape exceptional patient care. What You’ll Do
- Support and mentor nursing staff to deliver top-quality care
- Conduct Start of Care, recertifications, and field assessments
- Perform chart audits and ensure clinical compliance
- Lead nurse training, competencies, and onboarding
- Review incident reports and support Quality Improvement initiatives
- Coordinate scheduling and align nurses with client needs• Collaborate with leadership to grow and strengthen operations
What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license (Required)
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Home health or DDD experience a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset

Pay: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
