We are an established medical spa looking for an experienced Sales Consultant. This role is strictly for candidates with prior MedSpa sales experience — you should already know how to consult clients on aesthetic treatments, build treatment plans, and close packages and memberships. If you have that background, you'll walk into a warm client flow with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations and convert leads into booked treatments, packages, and memberships
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
- Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay knowledgeable on all services, promotions, and aftercare basics
Requirements
- MedSpa or medical aesthetics sales experience is REQUIRED — applicants without it will not be considered
- Proven track record closing aesthetic packages (laser, injectables, body contouring, skincare, etc.)
- Strong consultative selling and follow-up discipline
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
