Our client located in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
This role will be working with customers over the phone and email to take orders, update product information, and inform customers of price changes.
Temp to Perm
Pay $20/hr
Located in Alpharetta, Fully in Office from 9AM to 6PM
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Enter in customer orders
- Work with customers on placing orders
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Seeking Customer Service Candidates with the following:
- Proven customer support experience and entering of orders
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
