Our Mission Bend location is established, bustling, and primed for explosive growth. We are currently sitting at a steady $150K/month baseline, and we are looking for a powerhouse Office Manager to take the reins, implement aggressive sales tactics, and push our operations past the $200K/month milestone.

The Role: Driving Revenue & Conversions
We are not looking for someone to just answer phones and file insurance claims. We need a charismatic, numbers-driven Office Manager who can command both the front desk and the patient presentation room. Your focus will be converting phone calls into chairs, turning exams into Same-Day-Starts, and closing high-dollar treatment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Collections & Production: Take full ownership of the P&L, tracking daily metrics to aggressively push past our $200K monthly milestone.
- Master the Close: Step into the treatment coordinator role for high-value cases, overcoming financial objections and leveraging financing options (CareCredit, etc.) to land Same-Day-Starts.
- Optimize a High-Volume Schedule: Eliminate dead time. Keep the clinical team moving efficiently by managing patient flow, cancellations, and active recall.
- Lead by Example: Manage, train, and hold the front-office staff accountable to strict KPI metrics (phone conversion rates, over-the-counter collection percentages, and show rates).
- Insurance & AR Mastery: Oversee efficient billing, prompt insurance verification, and tight accounts receivable management to ensure zero lag in monthly cash collections.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Bilingual Fluency: You must be completely fluent in English and Spanish to lead our Mission Bend team and connect authentically with our community.
- Proven Dental Management Experience: 2+ years of dental office management experience with a heavy, documented focus on case acceptance, sales, or treatment coordination.
- The "Sales" Mindset: You view dentistry through a retail/sales lens. You know how to confidently discuss money, close cases, and follow up aggressively on unscheduled treatment.
- Metric-Driven Leadership: You know your numbers. You should be able to explain how you've grown collections or increased case acceptance percentages in past roles.
- High Energy & Accountability: A natural problem-solver who doesn't wait for direction, steps up under pressure, and maintains a positive culture.
