About the Role
As a Lead Manufacturing Project Manager, you will orchestrate complex production initiatives and drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams. You will serve as a pivotal leader, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure schedule attainment, risk mitigation, and the successful delivery of high-stakes industrial programs.
Responsibilities-
Design and execute comprehensive project roadmaps, encompassing scope, resource allocation, budget management, and critical path analysis.

Direct a diverse portfolio of simultaneous projects, including customer production programs and strategic Lean improvement initiatives.

Lead and mentor a team of project managers, establishing standardized best practices and serving as a key point of escalation.

Drive accountability across departments, facilitating problem-solving sessions to overcome technical bottlenecks and operational constraints.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including quality metrics, delivery timelines, and overall project profitability.

Act as a strategic troubleshooter for high-priority, at-risk programs, implementing effective recovery plans to ensure project success.

Facilitate transparent communication between stakeholders, internal teams, and clients to align expectations and project outcomes.
Qualifications-
3-5 years of professional experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business decisions.

Demonstrated success in managing project lifecycles, from initial quoting and proposal preparation to final project review.

Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field, or equivalent industry-recognized trade certification.

Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
