Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Utilize buffing techniques to restore paintwork and enhance shine.
- Conduct custodial tasks including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
- Apply window tinting as needed, adhering to all regulations and guidelines.
- Drive vehicles to various locations as required, ensuring safe handling at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of car wash techniques, buffing methods, and custodial practices is a plus.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to automotive care and detailing processes.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
