The Travel & Compensation Package
· Competitive Base: $100,000 - $125,000 (Based on technical experience)
· Elite Per Diem: $250/day: ($175 lodging / $75 meals

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
· Drive Field Operations: Lead day-to-day on-site operations from initial mobilization through final client turnover.
· Subcontractor Orchestration: Strictly coordinate specialized MEP subcontractors, specialized vendors, and high-purity trade activities.
· Schedule & Safety Enforcement: Push aggressive project schedules while maintaining uncompromising quality and zero-injury safety performance.
· Cross-Functional Partnering: Conduct tight site coordination meetings and collaborate seamlessly with Project Managers, clients, and design engineering teams.
· Closeout Execution: Aggressively manage the punch list and closeout activities to hand over a pristine facility.
Ideal Background & Qualifications
· Proven Technical Track Record: Substantial experience serving as the lead Superintendent on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, cleanroom, healthcare, mission-critical, or advanced manufacturing builds.
· Trade Management: Exceptional mastery of complex scheduling and managing sophisticated MEP/technical subcontractors.
· Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with Procore or equivalent modern project management software is highly preferred.
· Travel Commitment: Complete willingness to travel approximately 85% nationally to project sites.
· Ownership Mentality: A decisive, hands-on leadership style with a strong ownership mentality over the dirt, the schedule, and the safety.
