UNC Wayne Hospital is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses for our Post Surgical, Cardiopulmonary, Med/Surg Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU). These roles are ideal for both experienced nurses and new graduate RNs seeking strong training, support, and long-term growth within a respected health system.

2700 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC 27534
Pay:
Starting at $33/hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available (36 hrs/week):
Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule:
Every other weekend
Holidays per department protocol
About the Units:
- Post Surgical: Care for patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures, focusing on monitoring, pain management, and safe recovery.
- Cardiopulmonary: Specialized care for patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions requiring close monitoring and intervention.
- Med/Surg Telemetry: Provide care for patients with acute medical conditions requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and comprehensive nursing care.
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU): Care for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and intervention than Med/Surg, serving as a step-down from ICU level care.
Requirements:
Active North Carolina RN license or Compact license
BLS certification
ASN or higher
New graduate nurses welcome
