JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Issue Purchase Orders, keep log up to date
- Issue Invoices to Facility Manager
- Review all invoices
- Code invoices
- Review data input
- Maintain emails
- Update properties and vendor and account numbers
- Maintain vendor’s W-9 forms and assist with sending out annual 1099’s
- Start set-up of new vendor accounts
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10-key speed and accuracy is a must and the ability to type 50-wpm or more.
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Sage Timberline a plus
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people at all levels. Must possess a high degree of professional integrity and clearly understands the requirement to maintain 100% confidentiality
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to quickly adapt to new procedures and work requests
- Demonstrated reliability and dependable in maintaining a regular work schedule
- Possesses a professional demeanor and can respond to stressful situations in a patient, friendly, and timely manner
- Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner with residents, supervisors and vendors; regular and predictable attendance.
- Willingness to take on additional assignments as requested
- EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Accounts Payable: 3 years (Preferred)
- AA Degree preferredBENEFITS:
