Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our home staging services
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
- Utilize CRM software such as Pipedrive to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies
- Maintain excellent phone communication skills, ensuring clear, professional, and persuasive interactions at all times
- Follow up with potential clients regularly to nurture relationships and maximize deal closing opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce Cloud or other sales technology platforms
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and experience in outbound calling environments
- Ability to adopt new sales technologies quickly and effectively support sales technology adoption initiatives
- Demonstrated success in deal closing, customer service, and business development activities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
