We're looking for an Entry Level Team Lead to support our AT&T Fiber campaign while developing the skills needed to grow into future leadership opportunities.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, taking ownership of projects, and helping a team succeed. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world leadership experience from day one.
Core Responsibilities of an Entry Level Team Lead
- Support daily team activities and help maintain a productive work environment
- Assist with customer-facing AT&T Fiber outreach and enrollment initiatives
- Help onboard and train new team members on company processes and campaign goals
- Monitor team performance and provide encouragement and support when needed
- Collaborate with leadership to execute outreach strategies and customer acquisition efforts
- Participate in team meetings, goal-setting sessions, and leadership development workshops
- Maintain accurate reports, customer records, and activity tracking

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
