Home Health Aide or Supportive Home Care Aide - Athol, MA

As a Home Health Aide or Supportive Home Care Aide, you will provide homemaking (housekeeping, meal prep) and personal, hands-on care to our clients in their homes throughout Athol and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
Provide homemaking and personal care services to elderly clients in their homes
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Support clients with medication management and other health-related needs
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Collaborate with our care management team to ensure high-quality care and services

Requirements:
Current Massachusetts HHA/SHCA license in good standing
Driver's license or access to transportation for employment
