The 12:45 Team with Keller Williams Realty is a high-performing real estate sales and investment team focused on building long-term wealth through ownership.
We actively buy, sell, and invest in real estate while helping clients across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Our team currently owns 45+ properties, and our mission is to acquire 65 additional homes over the next 4 years using creative financing and zero-money-down strategies.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Business Partner to work directly with leadership to generate opportunities, convert leads, and grow both the sales and investment sides of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Loves sales and communication
- Is highly confident on the phone
- Can follow scripts and communicate effectively
- Builds trust quickly with people
- Understands real estate conversations and deal flow
- Wants to eventually own real estate and participate in deals
Your ability to communicate, follow up, and convert opportunities will directly impact acquisitions, listings, and future growth opportunities within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Make inbound and outbound calls to real estate leads
- Follow proven scripts and sales systems
- Build rapport and qualify opportunities
- Set appointments for acquisitions and sales opportunities
- Consistently follow up with leads
- Track communication and pipeline activity in CRM
- Work closely with leadership on lead conversion strategies
- Represent the company professionally on every interaction
- Help generate opportunities that lead to real estate ownership and growth
