Pay: $17/hour during 2-week training → $19–$20/hour after training

YourHighness Cleaning is hiring an experienced professional cleaner to join our growing cleaning team.
We are looking for someone who already understands professional cleaning and can work independently while maintaining our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial properties
- Perform deep cleans, standard/maintenance cleans, and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail surfaces
- Follow cleaning procedures and checklists
- Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
- Communicate professionally with clients and team
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment properly
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently and independently
- Comfortable with residential and commercial cleaning
- Professional and respectful with clients
- Able to lift cleaning equipment and supplies
- Must be available for scheduled jobs and occasional weekends
Pay & Training
First 2 weeks: $17/hour paid training
After successfully completing training:
$19–$20/hour, based on experience, quality of work, reliability, and performance.
The goal is to build a dependable long-term cleaning team with opportunities for additional hours as our business grows.
