Nova Underground is an Atlanta-based underground utility and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) contractor. We install the conduit, fiber, and utility infrastructure that keeps the region connected. No experience required - we'll train the right person.
What you'll do:
- Support the crew on HDD and underground utility installations
- Dig, backfill, and restore job sites; handle materials and conduit
- Help set up and break down equipment and job sites
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
- Keep the work site clean, safe, and organized
What you should have:
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance (this is the #1 thing)
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and grow - we promote from within
Nice to have:
- Construction, landscaping, or utility experience
This is a full-time, in-person position based in the Atlanta metro area. Pay is $18-$24/hour depending on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
