RCA for Assisted Living (Part-Time)
Chippewa Manor Residential Living has an opening for a Resident Care Assistant to help provide nursing care in its assisted living and senior living apartments. This position is responsible for discretely providing cares of daily living to residents in the privacy of their individual apartments, working in a team approach and helping to maintain a homey and family-style atmosphere.

Status and Compensation:
- Part-Time (2 days a week)
- Competitive pay based on skills and experience
Shift:
- NOC Shift (10 PM to 6:30 AM)
- Weekdays, rotating weekends, every other holiday: Fridays and every other weekend/holiday
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities relating to health, wellness and physical needs
- Documentation of actions, completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Ability to multi-task and work in team environment
- Compliance with privacy, confidentiality and HIPPA requirements relating to patient care
- Assist in changing of bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies
