Ready to build decks and have a career you actually enjoy? The Vinyl Outlet is growing fast, and we’re looking for skilled, hard-working individuals to join our team as Deck Installers. We build high-quality composite decks that transform backyards — and we need a solid crew to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install composite decks with precision and pride
- Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and correctly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Use tools, measure accurately, and bring plans to life
- Communicate with clients professionally on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Deck installation or carpentry experience preferred
- Leadership experience for Foreman candidates
- Comfortable using tools, reading plans, and working with measurements/angles
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
- Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid driver’s license
