Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor patios
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, laundry, and janitorial duties
- Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper safety precautions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with homeowners and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management preferred
- Hands-on experience with floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Experience with laundry services and outdoor work is advantageous
- Background in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles can be beneficial
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
