Job Overview
We are seeking experienced, skilled and dedicated Roll Off Drivers to join our team.
We are looking for part-time and/or full time drivers.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating roll-off trucks. This role involves driving to various locations, loading and unloading dumpsters and ensuring safe transportation of waste and debris. The Roll Off Driver plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate roll-off trucks for collection and transportation of waste materials.
- Load and unload containers safely and efficiently at designated sites, such as residential driveways and streets, commercial lots and alleys.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any damage of truck and/or dumpster to management immediately. Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling heavy equipment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatchers, other team members and customers regarding schedules and any issues that may arise during operations.
- Requirements
- Valid driver's license, medical card and a clean driving record.(No CDL Required)
- Over 25 years old.
- Proven experience as a roll-off driver.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy vehicles, including roll-off trucks.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the job.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, job performance and commitment to safety standards.

Base Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
