Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Meet and assist customers in a courteous, professional manner
- Provide customers with the information they need
- Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location
- Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner
- Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keeping the computer system up to date
- Inform customers of any current specials
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Paul Miller Motor Company values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Job Requirements:
- Two or more years of related experience (preferably in an automotive parts department)
- One or more years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
