> Golden Coast Riders is a motorcycle performance and service shop in Escondido, CA, specializing in repairs, diagnostics, suspension setup, ECU tuning, and performance upgrades. We're looking for a Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and our technicians.

> **Responsibilities:**
> - Greet customers and listen to their service needs
> - Write up repair orders accurately and communicate them to technicians
> - Provide estimates and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle
> - Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
> - Coordinate shop workflow and scheduling with the service team
> - Handle payments and maintain accurate records

> **Requirements:**
> - Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer-facing automotive role
> - Strong communication and organizational skills
> - Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
> - Basic knowledge of motorcycle or automotive mechanical systems
> - Valid driver's license
>
> **Preferred:**
> - Experience in a motorcycle or powersports shop
> - Familiarity with repair order software or shop management systems
