As an Internet Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers shopping for their next vehicle online. Your goal is to provide an exceptional experience—responding quickly to internet inquiries, building rapport, and scheduling appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound internet and phone leads with professionalism and urgency
- Follow up with potential buyers via phone, text, and email
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultants
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly goals
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in the car business or as a BDC agent preferred but not required
- Customer service, call center, or sales background a plus
- Automotive experience not required — training provided!
Compensation & Schedule
- $24,000 annual base salary + commission and bonuses
- Full-time position with consistent scheduling
