The Recruiting & HR Coordinator is responsible for attracting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining
top talent. This role serves as the first point of contact for candidates and employees while ensuring a world-
class hiring and employee experience from application through annual reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting
- Post job openings and recruit top talent.
- Review resumes and screen candidates.
- Schedule and conduct daily interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Complete reference and background checks.
- Prepare offers and hiring paperwork.
Candidate Follow-Up
- Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
- Track candidate progress and interview status.
- Build relationships with future hires.
- Ensure no qualified candidate is overlooked.
- Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and training.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed.
- Introduce new employees to company culture and expectations.
- Support employees during their first 90 days.
Human Resources
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Assist with employee questions and concerns.
- Support company policies and compliance.
- Help improve employee engagement and culture.
- Assist leadership with staffing and workforce planning.
- Performance Reviews
- Coordinate 90-day and annual employee reviews.
- Track employee goals and development plans.
- Ensure reviews are completed on time.
- Support performance improvement efforts when needed.
Success Metrics
- Positions filled quickly with quality candidates.
- Strong communication with candidates and employees.
- Successful onboarding completion.
- High 90-day employee retention.
- Annual reviews completed on time.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Professional with confidential information.
- Experience with recruiting or HR software is a plus.

Wage Structure:
- Base: $55,00 to $68,000
- $500 per hire retained 90 days
- Quarterly bonus up to $2,500
