Position: Community Manager
Location: Longboat Key, FL
Pay: $35/hour
Type: Temporary; Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities Available
HH Staffing is seeking a Community Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium communities

Conduct regular property walks and inspections

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and board members

Draft and manage professional written communication (emails, notices, updates)

Review financials and support budget oversight
-
Obtain bids and manage RFPs for vendors and contractor work

Coordinate maintenance projects and ensure timely completion

Ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
Qualifications:

Active LCAM license (required)
-
Prior HOA/condominium management experience

Hurricane preparedness experience is a plus

Experience with luxury or high-end communities preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Ability to read and understand financial reports

Reliable transportation required
