What You'll Do
No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it. You might start the morning creating virtual apparel mockups for a local business, spend the afternoon preparing embroidery files for production, printing DTF transfers, photographing completed customer projects, and finish the day creating a social media post celebrating another happy customer. You'll become one of the creative voices behind Identity Zone while helping hundreds of businesses, schools, sports teams, nonprofits, and community organizations look their very best.
Your Responsibilities
- Graphic Design
- Create production-ready artwork for embroidery, screen printing, DTF, sublimation, promotional products, and more.
- Clean up, recreate, vectorize, and prepare customer artwork.
- Design logos, apparel graphics, promotional products, and marketing materials.
- Build professional virtual apparel mockups and customer presentations.
- Maintain organized customer artwork files and archives.
- Marketing & Social Media
- Manage Identity Zone's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging graphics, videos, Reels, and stories.
- Photograph completed customer projects and turn them into compelling social media content.
- Showcase new products, decorating techniques, apparel trends, and customer success stories.
- Develop monthly marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy.
- Monitor comments and messages while building relationships with our online community.
- Track engagement and continually improve our social media presence.
- Production Support
- Print and prepare digital transfers using our DTF printing system.
- Prepare embroidery-ready artwork and maintain our company embroidery design database.
- Organize and manage customer embroidery files for future production.Work closely with our production team to ensure artwork is accurate and production-ready.
- Assist with quality control to ensure every order reflects the high standards our customers expect.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient creative and production workflow.
- Creative Brand Development
- Help maintain and strengthen the Identity Zone brand.
- Assist with website updates and featured products.
- Design flyers, brochures, promotional materials, and marketing pieces.
- Help launch and promote customer online apparel stores.
- Brainstorm fresh marketing ideas, contests, promotions, and community campaigns.
- Customer Experience
- Meet with customers to discuss artwork and branding ideas.
- Help customers visualize their finished products through realistic virtual mockups.
- Recommend apparel styles, decorating methods, and promotional products.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from concept to completion.
Skills We'd Love to See
Experience with some or all of the following is a plus:

- CapCut or similar video editing software

Compensation & Benefits
$23.00-$32.00 per hour DOE

Schedule
Full-time (32 to 40 hours per week). We understand life happens and offer flexibility when needed. Our goal is to build a schedule that works for both our team and our customers while maintaining dependable business hours.
