We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our personal injury law firm legal team. In this vital role, you will support the lawyers and other senior assistants and paralegals.
Responsibilities
- Duties include answering the phone, communicating with medical providers, calculating offers of settlement, and many other responsibilities.
Experience
- Prior experience as a paralegal/legal assistant experience in a personal injury law office helpful.
- Experience with SmartAdvocate a plus.
- Ability to communicate well required.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Must be able to provide professional phone etiquette; be capable of supporting multiple attorneys or teams simultaneously. Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
