Qualifications
✔ 2+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial Sales
- Tenant Representation
- Landlord Representation
- Investment Sales
- Office
- Retail
- Industrial
- Land
- Multifamily
- Healthcare
- Property Management
✔ Active Texas Real Estate License
✔ Self-motivated with strong business development and relationship-building skills
✔ Comfortable working in a fully commission-based, independent contractor (1099) role.
