Role Description: 1099-contract position. This is a part-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst role based in Lakewood, WA. The BCBA will help develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and design behavior intervention strategies for children with ASD in clinic and community settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include modeling interventions, and monitoring treatment integrity and client progress. The BCBA will collaborate closely with caregivers and other in office providers, provide parent updates abd support. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical programming and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and compliance with BACB ethical standards.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD in home, school, or community settings.
Skills in functional behavior assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and progress monitoring.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with families, coworkers, and community partners.
Competence in maintaining clear, timely clinical documentation and adhering to regulatory and payer requirements.
Comfort working in-person in office and community environments and the ability to meet physical demands of the role (e.g., play-based interaction, floor-level work).
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally to clinic and community settings.
Prior experience with parent training, social skills groups, and/or advocacy in IEP/504 processes is preferred.
