Dear Donuts is hiring friendly, reliable team members for our Front of House team, starting in September.
We are a busy cafe specializing in handcrafted donuts, coffee, boba drinks, soft serve, and more. Our FOH team creates a welcoming experience for every guest while keeping service fast, organized, and consistent. If you like working with people, stay productive when it gets busy, and take pride in a clean, organized workspace, you will do well here.
PAY AND PERKS
- $15 to $16 per hour, plus tips
- Paid training at $14.50 per hour for your first 30 days

SHIFTS WE ARE FILLING
Morning, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Open the cafe and get the store prepped, stocked, and organized for the day. Best for someone dependable and efficient who is comfortable with early mornings. This is where we have the most hours available.
Mid, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Friday through Sunday. Our busiest service window. Best for someone who can multitask and stay focused when there is a line.
Closing, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday through Sunday. End of day cleaning, restocking, and closing procedures. Best for someone detail oriented and dependable.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders and operate the POS or register
- Prepare coffee, boba, teas, specialty drinks, and other menu items
- Package and serve donuts and food items
- Restock cups, ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift
- Complete light food and drink prep
- Keep the cafe clean and organized, including counters, dining areas, equipment, and workstations
- Follow recipes, food safety procedures, and store standards
- Work closely with your team during busy periods
- Complete opening or closing responsibilities depending on your shift
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Weekend availability
- Able to work at least 3 shifts per week
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Friendly, professional communication
- Strong teamwork
- Picks up recipes and procedures quickly
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy cafe
- Able to stay on your feet through the shift and lift up to 35 lbs
- Customer service, cafe, restaurant, or retail experience preferred. No experience necessary, we train.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
