What You’ll Do
As an Admissions Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students—guiding them through the enrollment journey and helping them discover the right academic path. Your role will be both impactful and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional demeanor and ability to be an example for potential and current students
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and ability to learn our new database system
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process.
- Connect with prospective students via phone and schedule campus interviews.
- Conduct engaging and informative interviews to assess student goals and explain program options.
- Guide students through program selection, application, and enrollment.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with applicants.
- Support students from enrollment through graduation with ongoing service.
- Meet performance goals while maintaining compliance with recruitment regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive campus environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or advising (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
