We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage and expand our BPS Services based in the USA.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive revenue growth, acquire new logos, Build and Manage Customer relationships at the Director, VP, and CXO level.
- Articulate the value of TCS BPS offerings, create differentiated propositions based on client needs and competitor analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams at both offshore and onsite units to build tailored solutions.
- Lead end to end sales life cycle including RFI/RFP responses, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Order booking and Operating margin, and Customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years in Banking BPS with 5+ years in a BD capacity - hunting and mining accounts.
- 10 Years in Client Relationship and Account Management
- Experience in Global Service Delivery Model.
- Strong Banking Domain Experience or Credentials in Lending, Deposits, Cards, Fin Crimes, Mortgages, Payments.
- Understand the holistic nature of Operational solutions with AI; basic understanding of AI in customer journeys
Salary Range: $127,900-$173,100 a year
