ACCOUNTING & PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Bryan Becker Construction, Inc. is seeking an organized, dependable, detail-oriented professional to manage the financial operations of our growing construction company. This is a full-time position (30–40 hours per week) for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to become a long-term part of a growing business. Currently at 10 employees.
Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: QuickBooks Online bookkeeping; accounts payable; accounts receivable; customer billing; processing customer payments; payroll processing; bank and credit card reconciliations; maintaining financial records; coordinating with our CPA; insurance and workers' compensation administration; maintaining confidential payroll records; general accounting and office administration.
Qualifications: Minimum five years of bookkeeping or accounting experience; strong QuickBooks Online experience; payroll processing experience; excellent attention to detail; highly organized; self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision; construction accounting experience preferred; strong references.
