Casa Rondeña Winery is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Support team member to join our culinary family and help support daily operations at our winery and member clubs.
This position plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting our chefs and culinary team in creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces
- Assisting with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed
- Properly handling and storing food items according to safety standards
- Taking out trash and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Supporting the culinary team during busy service periods
- Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday
Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week
Compensation: Starting at $12/hour
