Duties:
- 10PM to 5:00 AM
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Process payment transactions
- Take phone calls
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
