Bravos Collision is seeking a Director of Operations. Responsible include overseeing the daily operations, performance, and profitability of multiple collision repair centers. This leadership role ensures all locations meet company standards for quality, customer service, safety, and operational efficiency. The Director will lead regional managers and/or store managers, develop operational strategies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement across all facilities.
Maintain positive culture in the shops
Responsible for sales building and relationships with insurance carriers
Oversee operations of all collision repair centers within the assigned region or companywide.
Ensure all locations meet or exceed goals related to revenue, customer satisfaction, cycle time, quality, and profitability.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow and customer service.
Monitor and analyze operational performance using KPIs; identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support store managers in personnel development, hiring, training, and performance management.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Marketing, Finance, Procurement) to align business operations with strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Lead efforts in lean process improvement and cost-control strategies.
Maintain and build relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers.
Drive company culture focused on safety, accountability, and excellence.
Plan for growth by evaluating potential acquisition or expansion opportunities.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in automotive collision repair industry, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit operational leadership role.
Strong understanding of collision repair processes, industry regulations, and insurance DRP programs.
Proven track record of improving operational performance and driving profitability.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Ability to analyze data, create reports, and make strategic business decisions.
Proficiency with management software (e.g., CCC ONE) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel regularly to various shop locations.
