Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking reliable, hardworking General Labor Workers for our Labor Hall. We are getting busy for the summer and have multiple opportunities available for dependable workers with construction, industrial, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor experience.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who are ready to work, have reliable transportation, and are comfortable performing hands-on physical labor in a variety of job environments.
Experience Preferred In
- Demolition
- Remodeling
- Carpet removal and installation
- Drywall work
- Concrete work
- Trenching
- Fence installation
- General construction labor
- Sandblasting
- Paint prep
- Warehouse work
- Assembly
- Tube pushing
- Landscaping
- Material handling
Additional Overnight Opportunity
We also have overnight ice throwing assignments available. If the job is out of town, a gas allowance may be provided.
Candidates must be willing and able to transport another associate if needed. If you take another associate in your vehicle, you can earn $5 each way per associate. Taking one person with you to and from the job adds $10 to your paycheck. The more associates you take, the more you can make.

- Must have your own vehicle and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Must be punctual and ready to work
- Construction, industrial, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

Applicants must arrive dressed and ready to work.

- T-shirt
- Tennis shoes or steel-toed boots
