This role is ideal for someone highly skilled in TIG welding, with strong fabrication experience, and an interest in advanced energy systems.
What You’ll Do
- TIG Welding (Primary Focus): High-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components, including pressure-containing parts
- Fabrication: Cut, grind, drill, and prepare components for assembly
- Tubing & Plumbing: Bend, fit, and assemble stainless steel tubing and fittings
- System Assembly: Integrate mechanical, electrical, and fluid components into complete systems
- Project Flexibility: Support both prototype builds and production systems
- Electrical Assembly: Basic wiring and cable routing as needed
Qualifications
- TIG welding (required): Stainless steel experience; pressure vessels, piping, or ASME-related work preferred

Interview Process
Applicants will be evaluated based on demonstrated hands-on ability and practical skills. Practical evaluation is a key part of our hiring process.
During the interview process, candidates will be expected to:
- Provide photos of previous welding and fabrication work
- Complete a hands-on TIG welding test
- Demonstrate familiarity with CNC equipment (if applicable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
