Lori’s Shoes, “The Sole of Chicago” for over 40 years, is looking for enthusiastic and fashion-loving individuals to join our Lincoln Park team!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fun, fast-paced boutique environment
- Help clients find the perfect shoes, clothing, and accessories
- Maintain a beautiful and organized sales floor
- Work collaboratively with our team to drive sales and deliver the Lori’s experience

- Previous retail experience a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right fit!

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Provide personalized styling and product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain visual standards by keeping the sales floor organized and merchandise attractively displayed
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and receiving new merchandise
- Support store team in daily operations and ensure an excellent shopping experience
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Enthusiastic about fashion, shoes, and creating positive customer experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons
