The incumbent performs hands-on facilities maintenance in a variety of light construction, carpentry, preventive maintenance, repair, and upkeep projects. The incumbent is expected to be able to perform any and all tasks required in the role, including maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and general building upkeep within a fast-paced environment. The incumbent will assist in supervising and, in some cases, provide corrective action to leadership over contract unskilled or semi-skilled workers.
This position falls within the Airport Operations and Maintenance department, and as such, department efficiencies require that the position be capable of cross-utilization. Accordingly, this position requires the incumbent to complete Airfield Driver, Airfield inspections, and Wildlife training for airfield duties as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
