We are urgently hiring for six direct-hire engineering openings with a growing manufacturer in Anoka and Blaine, Minnesota. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and relevant hands-on manufacturing experience.
NPI Manufacturing Engineer – Anoka, MN
$100,000–$120,000 + 5% bonus
- Lead manufacturing readiness for new-product launches and ECNs.
- Develop Control Plans, FMEAs and process-flow diagrams.
- Support APQP, PPAP, process capability and quality signoffs.
- Interpret GD&T, blueprints and customer specifications.
- Requires an Engineering degree and 3+ years of engineering experience or 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- SolidWorks or AutoCAD experience preferred.
- Relocation assistance is available.
Manufacturing Engineers – Anoka & Blaine, MN
$100,000–$120,000 + 5% bonus
- Support liquid-cooling products and data-center solutions.
- Improve manufacturing processes, tooling and equipment.
- Lead and provide technical direction to three or more manufacturing technicians.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree specifically in Engineering.
- Must have AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience.
- Lean manufacturing experience required.
- Minitab, JD Edwards and Enovia experience preferred.
Senior Industrial Engineer – Anoka, MN
$140,000–$150,000 + 15% bonus
- Design and improve manufacturing workflows, facility layouts and material flow.
- Perform time studies, takt-time analysis and production-flow assessments.
- Use modeling, simulation and data analysis to evaluate process improvements.
- Lead high-impact technical projects, schedules and budgets.
- Requires 7+ years of relevant experience; 10+ years strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel and CAD experience required.
- Automotive, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or PMP experience preferred.
Manufacturing Engineering Manager II – Anoka, MN
Two openings | $150,000–$160,000 + 15% bonus
- Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers and technicians.
- Oversee engineering projects, priorities and capital-equipment investments.
- Improve production through automation, tooling and equipment integration.
- Support NPI launches and manufacturing readiness.
- Apply Lean, SPC, root-cause analysis, Cpk, Gage R&R and FMEA.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related Engineering.
- Requires 7+ years of engineering experience and demonstrated leadership.
- Hands-on automation, PLC/control systems and equipment-integration experience required.
- Welding, forming, molding, data-center, liquid-cooling, automotive or HVAC experience preferred.
Schedules:
- Anoka: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Manufacturing Engineer openings may start at 7:00, 8:00 or 9:00 AM and work an eight-hour day.
