We’re looking for a highly skilled, all-around mechanic who can confidently take on a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks. Position Overview
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our full fleet, including SUVs, vans, and buses. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across multiple systems and vehicle types — not just one specialty.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and full vehicle diagnostics
- Handle repairs across suspension, electrical, drivability, emissions, HVAC (AC/Heat), brakes, and air brakes
- Troubleshoot complex issues and find solutions independently
- Use diagnostic tools and software effectively
- Coordinate parts ordering with the parts department
- Keep accurate service logs and documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of hands-on mechanic experience
- Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles and systems (do-it-all mindset)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work
- Experience with fleet, diesel, or heavy-duty vehicles is a strong plus
