Position Overview
We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters. This is not a door-to-door sales position. Your role is to introduce homeowners to our services, answer basic questions, and schedule free design consultations with our sales team.

Responsibilities
- Visit assigned residential neighborhoods.
- Introduce homeowners to Let It Glow's Christmas light installation services.
- Explain the benefits of our professional installation process.
- Schedule free, no-obligation design consultations.
- Accurately collect customer information using our mobile app or CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.
- Represent the Let It Glow brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Ability to walk for extended periods.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule
